The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is organising "Mass Robot Programming for New World Record", a mega event in 2021 designed to create a world record of simultaneous programming of robots, and present a mass robots performance in Hong Kong.

Robot Requirements

01 Connectivity

The robot and device can be connected by WIFI 2.4G / Bluetooth / Cellular 4G

02 Robot Motions

The robot can perform at least 10 different motions

03 Control Interface

The interface of your programming device (tablet/PC) has to be clear and intuitive for primary and secondary students

04 Control Distance

The effective control distance is at least 5 meters

05 Battery

The battery of robot can last at least 30 minutes of continuous motions

06 LED LIGHTS

Support LED lights and touchscreen control (optional)

Eligibility

  1. For P4-P6 and S1-S3 full time students of local schools. (Proof has to be provided)
  2. Participants are accepted on school / STEM center / organsation basis.
  3. Each school / STEM center / organization can form at most 2 teams, and each team should consist of maximum 5 members. Each team will need to programme at least one robot.
